She's an ADORNIA Girl: Jessica Chastain

Gorgeous flowing hair, deeply soulful eyes, perfect skin, and amazing talent to boot? It's no wonder we simply adore Jessica Chastain, a total ADORNIA Girl. Not only can she transform herself from character to character, but she easily maintains an air of ephemeral elegance in her day to day life. She is just as beautiful and graceful on the red carpet as she is walking on the sidewalk in jeans. We particularly adore Jessica's love of jewelry! No matter what the outfit she always includes a subtle nod to the epic art of adornment. Here are a few pieces we know this ADORNIA Girl would absolutely love.

1. Dina Earrings $125: Dina may look simple at first glance but with a subtle studded pattern across her geometric shape she is anything but basic. 14k gold.

2. Frannie Earrings $295: With a chandelier shape and a rustic disposition, the Frannie Earrings are an instant classic. The Frannie Earrings are handcrafted by Native American artisans in the Southwest US. 925 sterling silver and Carico Lake turquoise.

3. Nora Necklace $175: Wear it up wear it down, Nora is the answer for any situation. 14k gold.

Style Profile: Brynn Elliott Watkins of Being Elliott

When it comes to the world of style, Brynn Elliott Watkins definitely has the eye. Brynn has a passion for all things visual, vibrant, and vivacious. She is the founder of Being/Elliott, a style blog focusing on the whimsical fascinations of life: thoughts, ideas, travels and personal style. We adore Brynn, a total ADORNIA Girl, and her unique view of the world through her own artistic lens. Let's dive into what makes Brynn's style tick.

How would you describe your style?

Vintage with an urban twist.

Who is your style icon?

Jane Birkin. She could even make a t-shirt look out-of-this-world stylish!

What spring trends are you dying to try out?

Hats! Now that the sun is out I have an excuse to pop on a straw hat and cute sundress and go dancing! I also can't wait to wear white again. I love different shades of white, and I feel like the crisp color adds a clean element to any look.

Blue turquoise, or blue sapphire?

Being a September child I am a sapphire lady for sure! It is my birth stone so I can't go wrong with a beautiful blue sapphire.

Do you wear jewels to the beach?

Of course! Jewelry always completes my look--even at the beach. I am always rocking a few rings and some stackable bracelets that jazz up my beach attire.

Speaking of jewels, which ADORNIA pieces do you have your eye on?

1. The Sandra Cuff, $275: I love this cuff. I feel like it brings a bit of an edge.

2. The Frannie Earrings, $295: These gorgeous earrings add an elegant pop of color to any outfit.

3. The Mona Stacking Ring Set, $145: I love the earthy feel of this stunning stacking set!

The Softer Side of Silver: Inspiration Jill Stuart

Warmer weather doesn't necessarily call for warmer tones. Cool silvers and whites might feel right at home in the snowy winter months but there is something refreshing about the enmeshment of a cooler palette with the soft etherial materials of spring. For today's soft-yet-cool inspiration we turn to the spring runway of Jill Stuart. Her designs capture the elegance and movement of beautiful femininity while still maintaining a slight edge that we cannot help but adore. Plus, did we mention how well silver plays off of a tan?

Top to bottom: Silver and diamond Elise Ring $175, topaz and silver Isabelle Necklace $295, silver and diamond Tricia Necklace $325, silver sequin bustier by Jill Stuart $628 at Shopbop.com, ivory silk pants by Vionnet $1,293 at Net-a-porter.com, silver Sherry hoop earrings $95, silver snake heels by Alexandre Birman $746 at LuisaViaroma.com

Dress Her Up, Dress Her Down: Carolina

Let's be honest. If it were up to us we'd wear diamonds every second of every minute of every hour of every day. To the gym, in the bath, on the bus, out to dinner... diamonds, diamonds, DIAMONDS. Ok, not all situations are diamond appropriate but that doesn't mean you can't seamlessly transition your diamond statement earrings from day to night. Here's how to take our black diamond Carolina Earrings from casual Saturday brunch to hot night out. Keep the earrings in and simply change the outfit around them!

Grunge Grows Up: Inspiration Dries Van Noten

In the 90s floral print dresses and oversized plaid shirts were all the rage (often matched with a serious pair of Dr. Martens). While we may no longer be rocking out to Nirvana that inner grunge girl still loves to get out and show off her moves every now and again. Today is her lucky day! With the blown out floral prints and tailored plaids of the spring 2013 Dries Van Noten show our inner grunge girl was jumping for joy! Switch out the Docs for a pair of pointy toe pumps, and with a sprinkling of black diamonds and onyx we'll show you how to meld a work-worthy outfit with a dash of teenage rebellion resulting in a perfectly polished grunge girl look.

Behind the Lens: Citizen Mod and Architeqt Salon

At ADORNIA we pride ourselves on being in the know when it comes to everything style and beauty. Our latest discovery? Architeqt Salon in Philadelphia! Not only is this salon on the cutting edge of the aesthetic with their innovative hair and makeup techniques, the interior decor reflects back the strong beauty of their work with smooth wood beams and exposed brick. The salon and gallery space uses its unique layout to its advantage hosting frequent events including trunk shows, to fashion events, to gallery showings. For a full list of upcoming events you can check out their calendar here. We were thrilled to work with the Architeqt staff on our recent look book shoot for our Citizen Mod collection. Their artistry perfectly captured our vision of Twiggy meets the modern age and brought our collection to life. Inside scoop: we actually shot our look book on site at the architecture firm connected to the salon (Always by Design). The floor to ceiling book cases and bold brick provided the perfect backdrop to our 1960s MOD world.

Style Profile: Philly's Own, Maria Papadakis

On air host, local advocate, MBA, philanthropist, media personality, girl-about-town... Maria Papadakis is a multi facted lady! In addition to her popular video series “Out and About” on Philly.com, Maria is the host of “RAW,” Philadelphia's largest live art-centric variety show, and is a frequent contributor to Philly’s Fox 29. But no, we don’t love Maria just for her mind! Maria’s sophisticated style and love of bold jewelry, along with her impressive accomplishments make her a total ADORNIA Girl. We first met Maria when she covered an event we put on with one of our partners CakeStyle, and we've adored her ever since.

How would you describe your style? Eclectic. I dress based on my mood and the vibe of what I'm up to. Sometimes I have up to 4 outfit changes in a day, ranging from an evening gown to torn jeans/ leather jacket for an interview at a concert. With my show "Out and About" I literally get to go out and about everywhere; from a Flyers game, black tie event, to even a Rodeo, and I love getting to dress for the occasion. I like not having to stick with one look- makes getting dressed way more fun. Now if only I had a bigger closet!

What is your favorite place to shop in Philly? I love Knit Wit, they have a great selection of clothes that can convert from fashionable and youthful to workplace friendly. I also really like the Bettie Page store. I've worn a bunch of their pieces on air and you would never guess that those were 50's inspired clothing. The style is so classic and timeless.

Hoops or studs? Both! Hoops to party in, and studs for dressing up.

How do you prepare for going on camera? I try to sleep the night before- as silly as that sounds I've realized it's important both mentally and physically. When I covered the Golden Globes some of the actors told me they go to bed by 9pm every night, and I realized "ohhhh that's why they look so good!" That's easier said than done of course. If you know me well enough, most likely I am working 24/7.

Who is your style icon? I love the glamour and class of our legendary stars: Claudia Cardinalle, Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren. They each had their own unique look and beauty that transcends generations and no one can hold a candle to. When it comes to a celebrity of our era, I'd say Jennifer Lawrence. You can't pinpoint an exact style for her. Sometimes she's looking ethereal in an Oscar gown, other moments she's in jeans and a t-shirt being low key, and next on the red carpet pulling off a vamp look in an Alexander McQueen cocktail dress. She never lets the clothes become her. Instead, she brings the clothes and style to life. And like for me there's no one look for her, I appreciate that. Fashion is more interesting that way.

We agree! ADORNIA adores Jennifer Lawrence and her style chameleon ways. She can dress it up or down with the best of them, sometimes just with her jewels! Speaking of jewels, what are some of your top ADORNIA picks?

Adele Necklace $195: This Necklace goes with everything. If you are going to invest in fine jewelry it's great to have classic pieces that can go with anything from your jeans to your little black dress.

Louise Necklace $295: I love big necklaces. Louise has gorgeous craftsmanship, and really makes a statement with simple suit or dress. You can take a blank outfit and turn it into a style setting look with a piece like this.

Kathryn Earrings $125: A perfect balance of style and elegance without being too over the top, these earrings would be perfect for on camera. They are an instant classic that go with anything. I need to get those.

You can keep up with Maria as she conquers Philadelphia with her show "Out and About" on Philly.com.

She's an ADORNIA Girl: Miley Cyrus Grows Up

No longer daddy's little girl, Miss Miley Cyrus has grown into quite an independent lady whose style walks the line between youthful exuberance and womanly elegance. While it is clear that Miley is still finding herself and her style, her affinity for statement jewels is quite well defined. She expertly balances her love of showing some skin with striking necklaces and delicate layering pieces resulting in a look which is as modern as it is sexy. As a true ADORNIA Girl here are a few pieces that we think Miley would love:

1. Brett Necklace $575: Brett sees the look of desire in your eyes. With a sparkling diamond crescent on a chain of black and white she is certainly hard to resist.

2. Carolina Earrings $1495: Carolina is an alluring beauty who can get whatever she wants with the bat of an eyelash. Her dark diamonds can be quite persuasive.

3. Toni Necklace $1350: With substantial layered circles of hammered sterling silver, our Toni necklace will make you the queen of heavy metal.
