Free Shipping

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders within the US. No order minimums necessary! We’ll ship in less than 48 hours from receiving your order. We offer free USPS shipping on all international orders (outside the US).

Easy Returns

Returns and exchanges are complimentary for all orders within the US! Items in unworn condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days, and may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Returns on sale merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry item, please contact us at orders@adornia.com or 1-855-ADORNIA to receive a return authorization. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intent to return to receive a refund, and within 30 days of receipt to exchange.

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and pre-paid UPS shipping documents to return your shipment. You must ship the package out within 5 days of receiving your pre-paid UPS label in order to be eligible for return/exchange. 

Please be advised that at this time we do not offer free international return shipping. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for all orders outside of the US.

We stand by these jewels! We carefully finish every piece in our studio in New York City and ensure that each meets the highest standards. In addition to our 14-day return policy, we’ll back the craftsmanship of your ADORNIA purchase for one full year.

Because our earth matters, too. ADORNIA is firmly committed to working with only conflict-free trade suppliers of diamonds and diamond jewelry that comply with the Kimberley Process. ADORNIA deals with manufacturers that uphold best practice industry guidelines for gemstone treatment disclosure and practices established by the American Gem Trade Association.

Engrave It!
 
We'd love to personalize your bracelet and necklace purchases. For an additional $35, we'll attach to your piece a solid silver or 14 karat gold plated circle tag engraved as you wish! Go ahead and add your initials, special date, or note to make this Adornia jewel extra special. This is a great option for gifts and memorializing special moments such as weddings, anniversaries, etc.
 
Ring Resizing
 
Not sure of your ring size? Choose that option during checkout, and we’ll send you a complimentary ring sizer at no charge for you to size your finger and keep.  We’ll await your call or email to notify us of the perfect fit for the ring you ordered.
 
Did you guess your size and order the wrong size by accident? If your ring does not fit as you wish, we’ll send it back for free and fix till its perfect at no extra charge.

International Shipping

ADORNIA is pleased to announce that we now ship internationally! We provide free USPS shipping on all orders outside of the US. The customer is responsible for the cost of any accompanying duties on their order. Please be advised that at this time we do not offer free international return shipping.
