We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35. Orders under $35 are subject to a $4.45 shipping charge. We’ll ship within 1-2 business days from receiving your order.

Returns are easy! Items in unworn condition may be returned for a refund within 14 days, unless item is noted as Final Sale. A return shipping label costs $4.95 and will be deducted from your refund. If you are not satisfied with your jewelry item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your intent to return to receive a refund.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and pre-paid USPS shipping documents to return your shipment.
Please be advised that at this time we do not offer free international return shipping. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for all orders outside of the US.
Three Month Warranty
We carefully finish every piece in our Miami offices and ensure that each meets the highest standards. In addition to our 14-day return policy, we’ll back the craftsmanship of your ADORNIA purchase for 3 months. This is a limited warranty that does not cover all damages such as jewelry tarnishing.
